摘要：Abstract World wide studies have shown nutritional anaemia to be a problem affecting many people, particularly, large population groups in developing countries. Investigation of blood dyscrasia believed to be the result of malnutrition, with particular attention to the relative roles of dietary deficiencies and parasitism in the aetiology of anaemia, were recommended by a joint FAO/WHO expert committee in 1968 and summarily by the WHO.
