In this paper the phase error probability density function in the digital systems for the digital phase modulated signals transmission is derived. The circuit for the referent carrier extraction consists of phase locked loop. The referent carrier extraction is not ideal. The pulse interferences narrow-band Gaussian noise and different interferences are present with useful signal at the input of the receiver. The error probability of the digital system for the phase modulated signal demodulation is also calculated in the paper.
