摘要：Premature Ovarian Insufficiency (POI) is a heterogeneous syndrome from an etiological point of view, as different causes work to determine this kind of hormonal disorder. Although many typologies have been recognized, currently for most cases the real causes are uncertain; therefore we come up against forms defined as Idiopathic. Nevertheless,other literature has described the different alterations of most candidate genes responsible for this disorder including the BMP-15 gene.
