摘要：In today’s global markets, if an economy is to create new demand while respecting the World Trade Organization’s Agreement on Technical Barriers to Trade (WTO/TBT), it has become clear that International Standards are no longer a matter of choice. They are a necessity. Furthermore, no matter how superior a technology is claimed to be, it is no use if it is not reflected through International Standards.
