摘要：Earlier this decade, there were increasing calls in numerous fora for developing countries to be more involved in setting International Standards. At that time, the ISO Technical Management Board was initiating its deliberations which resulted in ISO’s global relevance policy, according to which “ the required characteristic of an International Standard is that it can be used and implemented as broadly as possible by affected industries and other stakeholders in markets around the world.”
