摘要：In recent years, in many industrialized countries, dental caries hasbeen a controlled disease, especially because of the widespread use offluoridated toothpastes by their population. On the other hand, dentalerosion has increased among children as well as adults, and manyresearchers are aware of this problem, since several articles have beenpublished concerning this dental pathology in comparison to the early70’s, when little was published about dental erosion in the literature [1].
