摘要：In 2008, the General Council convened during the Annual Meeting in Vigo, Spain, from 22 to 26 September. It was attended by 200 Delegates from all 12 Contracting Parties and by a number of observers from intergovernmen-tal and non-governmental organizations, i.e. Food and Agriculture Organiza-tion (FAO), World Wildlife Fund (WWF) and Ecology Action Centre.
