摘要：All NAFO measures are compiled in the NAFO Conservation and En-forcement Measures (CEM) which are updated every year. These measures are very comprehensive and contain conservation measures such as TACs, closed areas, minimum fish and mesh sizes, etc., as well as control, monitoring and surveillance measures such as licenses, product labeling, recording and report-ing of catches, Vessel Monitoring System, observers, inspections etc.. In the following, only important changes to existing measure and new measures are mentioned. Please refer to the NAFO CEM for the complete NAFO regula-tions.
