摘要：At present, security is of great concern for countries being affected by terrorism. As Pakistan is the front line terrorism state, it is disparately looking for an effective license plate recognition system. In this research paper, we are introducing a novel approach for recognizing Pakistan standard and non-standard license plates. We have developed an intelligent algorithm that can recognize license plates. This will help Pakistan government agencies and private organizations against terrorism attacks and improving homeland security.
