  • 摘要:The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the primary school teachers’ job satisfaction level and organizational citizenship behaviors. Also, the participants’ views are compared according to gender, educational background, age, seniority, and number of teacher in school in research. 308 teachers were included in the sample of the survey model research. The data of the research were collected with “Job Satisfaction Scale” and “Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale”. Descriptive statistics, MANOVA, and correlation were used in data analysis. According to the results, it was observed that teachers had a “medium” job satisfaction level and organizational citizenship behavior. Teachers’ job satisfaction level did not vary according to gender, educational background, age, and seniority, whereas their job satisfaction level varied according to number of teachers in school. Teachers’ organizational citizenship behaviors did not vary according to gender, educational background, age, and number of teachers in school, and whereas their organizational citizenship behaviors varied according to seniority. There were moderate, positive and significant relationships between the primary school teachers’ job satisfaction level and organizational citizenship behaviorsb
