摘要：Leasing was born as a necessity, creating new methods of work, new economic concepts, varying, in this way the kinds of transmission of property and thus supporting the healthy economic increase. But we should underline the fact that leasing does not represent a disparate form of financing but an integrated system, supported by partnership between the leasing company – insured person or company – supplier/producer and user. The study underlines what leasing represents for the insurance and the insurances for leasing, both of the operations generally having the same interest, namely satisfying the personal needs. Leasing, as any financing activity is permanently subjected to some varied risks, which actually represent the essence of insurances. The partnership between the two operations undoubtedly leads in to the pursuit of the mutual interest, having as main target the avoidance of having losses at the level of the whole system.
