摘要：This informatical program propose for the evaluation of the effects regarding the implementation of the quality management system in the field of the textile industry in Romania. It startexd form the assumption of findind a correlation between the assesments of the client reffering at the quality of the organizations products on one part, and the cheking results of the quality to same products on the other. The correlation isn’t permited before and after the implementation of the management quality system.
