摘要:In a market economy, a firm develops its activity in the conditions of a strong competition both on the internal and on the external market. In order to analyze the set objectives, the firm has to develop its basic activity according to its own strategy that is well founded from a technical and economic point of view. Among the most known analysis techniques of the enterprise strategies there are: Boston Consulting Group Matrix (BCG), ADL (Arthur D. Little) Matrix, McKinsey Matrix, PIMS (Profit Impact of Market Strategy) Method.
