摘要：Romania steps into a new world, a world in which Communications and Informatics Technology accelerate the expansion of dematerialized economy, modifying competition’s components and generating new sources for the economic growth and also new work places. The technologic progress must make society more transparent, bring citizens closer to public services and their chosen, develop new work instruments for teachers, make easier the search after a work place and permit the efficient information’s utilization.
