摘要：In Romania, the standard of living has a low average, the South-West region can be considerated one of the poorest zones. The poverty is a serious problem that has been transmited from one generation to an other. Stopping this problem requiers time and complex strategies. One of the six prioritary areas that are included in “The durable development strategy” from the European Comision it’s represented by the fight against pooverty and social rule out.
