摘要：In the actual global economical background new concepts have arise, such as sustainable development and corporate social responsibility. These two concepts are tightly connected. In order to subscribe to a sustainable development process the companies have to prove socially responsible. This way companies can and have to achieve their economical goals without to put in danger the social interest and the futures generations’ chances. In our country the adoption and effective use of these concepts represent important conditions for a successful accession process toward the European Union.IANUNICA
