摘要：Implementation of the directives at national level has led to the establishment of a legal framework which forms the basis for the support mechanism of green certificates and obligatory quotas, thereby encouraging investment in the production of electricity from renewable energy sources. Romania is a fast-growing early stage wind market within the European Union, with a solid legal framework in place and good wind conditions. So, Romania becomes more and more attractive for investment in renewables.s
