摘要：The main aim of this paper is to examine the Rain fall 2011 on Rural poverty in Sindh. Data were collected from 2500 households of four districts i.e. Sanghar, Badin Tharparkar and Umerkot. Sindh by using simple random sampling technique. A structured questionnaire was designed as an instrument to measure the poverty. It was revealed that the rain fall 2011 affected all four districts but Sanghar and Mirpurkhas districts were worsening as compared with Tharparkar and Umerkot. It was revealed that rain fall 2011 hit almost Nine district but the worst position of rain fall in four districts. It was reported that poverty has increased in all the rain fall 2011 districts; crop and livestock losses badly affected the local people. It was further revealed that if government has not taken any measures to rescue these rain victims and provide them basic amnesties. Full Text
