摘要：This presentation aims to evaluate, in a general way, some of public policies more directly linked to social welfare and the correction of the socials inequity in order to determine if such policies have a neuter nature, or they are bevelled and affect to gender relations, and specifically to women. The participation is generally directed to give answers to questions such as: Are public policies neutral?, does the recent changes of the public policies have the same impact on men and women?, which are the policies affecting more to the gender agenda?.
