摘要:The meat of bovine is a product which never a system of regulation was designed adapted to its characteristics and the peculiarities of his markets. The traditional P.A.C. applied to it a regime of regulation similar to the one of cereals, based on prices and intervention purchases, very high protection in border, to save distance between EU and world prices, and restitution to export. But it is not the same to store cereals in a silo as channels of meat of bovine. Freezing itself transforms and devaluates the goods that, besides, accumulates much more added value than cereals. All this took to generate growing surpluses, massive controls and export with a huge budgetary cost, to the time that increasing tensions in international markets. Given to the budgetary potent and the capacity to distort the managerial behaviours that P.A.C. has, it is unavoidable to analyse the current situation and the tendencies of evolution of public intervention in this market, to deepen later into the tendencies of the sector of meat of bovine in itself.
