摘要：In the last decades, the data transmision´s networks has been spread of all around the world. Hence the problem of obtain a rational routing policy arises. In this problem we will propose the user equilibrium as a routing´s strategy. Besides we present an heuristic algorithm for computing a user equilibrium using its variational inequality formulation.
