  • 摘要:Quality assurance program of study requires time, dedication, effort, innovative thinking and creativity. Competitive research programs monitored by quality assurance system to create the desired results on the relationship between learning and teaching methods and assessment. Primary motivation for universities to develop a quality assurance system in which all members are trained academic community is carrying out external evaluation and accreditation criteria of the study program by external evaluation agencies. But the real motivation is to develop the quality of university programs to earn the full confidence of both students in a university organizational culture and their employers. Responsible for developing a quality university staffed with quality and creative skills in the design and monitoring in working procedures for all teaching and research activities. Records relating to closure of quality education and research should not be stored but only through collective management and corporate governance mechanisms should be directed to achieve these references as scheduled. An important feature of the system of quality assurance in university education programs is effective. The effectiveness of quality is ensured where it is located in the nearest teaching and learning, and there is a clear sense of the quality of the property involved. Ensure effective quality education emerges for the first time in European education ministers meeting statement in Berlin that that 'the consistency with the principle of institutional autonomy, the primary responsibility for quality assurance in higher education has and that each institution be given real responsibility on a system within the national academic quality. "
