摘要：This paper reports on the third study of a four part study of New Zealand of science and technology graduates. The new graduates rated a series of graduate competencies in terms of importance using a seven-point Likert scale and also rated new graduate performance across the same competencies. Recent graduates' views have shifted away from that of students to become more in accord with employers.
