摘要：In the scientific literature dedicated to economic analysis of the firm management, the economic analysis of conflict management has not yet found the place required by the more increasingly pressing need to draw upon the multi-, inter- and transdisciplinary approaches of the sciences called upon to contribute to the knowledge of the complex sociohuman realities in the contemporary firms. The present paper suggests several directions that are treated as more important for possible future researches in the field of economic analysis of conflict management at the firm level.
