摘要：Spiritual Intelligence (SQ) has the ability to change the old ways of thinking that were characterized by too much emphasis on material capital, while neglecting the mental and spiritual components of human life to be at least as important as the others ones. Identifing the spiritual nature of the main causes of the contemporary economic crisis, this paper highlights the critical role of the spiritual intelligence in solving the more increasingly complex problems that faces the general management of the firm today.
