摘要：At the European level to protect the population against noise problem is very important and is treated with great responsibility by the authorities, with air pollution and waste management. In terms of contemporary civilization, man still lives in a sound environment. Everywhere he is accompanied by a procession of sounds and noises of the different intensities, with effects more or less aggressive on his comfort and even health.
