摘要：Rural population represents the most dinamic componet part of rural space and a very important potential resource for villages development, having a decisive role in finalizing rural development policy guidelines. In the development countries manpower in agriculture continuosly decreases, rural abandon becoming a real danger unless urgent and powerful measures are not taken in order to develop agriculture in a multifunctional way, to create integrated economic activities, to develop small and middle enterprises, services.
