摘要:In the year 2008 the variability of average weight of bee pollen collected from 9 samples of rape seed (Brassica napus L. var. napus) and 6 samples of sunflower (Helianthus annuus L.) was experimentally evaluated. In each sample the total weight of 100 randomly selected corbicular pollen samples was measured. For rape seed the measured average weights of corbicular pollen ranged from 10.09 mg (sample no. 218) to 14.07 mg (sample no. 208) and for sunflower from 7.57 mg (sample no. 212) to 10.70 mg (sample no. 221), respectively. Weights of individual corbicular pollen for rape seed ranged between 1.1 and 19.9 mg, while for sunflower the values were from 1.0 to 18.0 mg, respectively. Degree of variability expressed as coefficient of variability was detected in the range of 16.1 to 23.8 % for rape seed and between 17.79 to 25.60 % for sunflower, respectively. The results documented significant variability in pollen weight not only between the species but also with in a species.z
