摘要:The objective of the study was to indicate the importance of nutrition quality parameters of common oats grain (Avena sativa L.). The trial was carried out during the years 2007 and 2008 in a potato growing area in the central Slovakia in Víg.a.-Pstru.a. The field treatments were given under natural conditions without irrigation in four variants of fertilization. Nitrogen fertilization was applied before sowing and the foliar application of selenium was done in the growth phase at the end of stooling (BBCH 29). The average fat content in grain variety Vendelin in both experimental years was 3.63%, protein content 12.12%, crude fibre content 10.83% and β-glucans content 3.33%. The influence of a particular year significantly reflected in fat content and in protein content. Application of fertilizers before sowing and during vegetation non-significantly influenced the nutrition parameters of common oats grain of the Vendelin Variety.
