摘要:The aim of this study was to determine antioxidant effect of selected cereals and pseudocereals by DPPH method and FOMO method. The observed samples were: Triticum spelta L., Avena nuda L., Triticum aestivum L., Secale cereale L., Fagopyrum esculentum Moench.
