摘要:The aim of this work was evaluation of spectroscopic methods used for classification of bee pollen samples according to difference in their composition (FTIR, FT Raman, and FT NIR) and colour (diffuse reflectance VIS). Measured spectra were analysed by hierarchy cluster analysis (HCA) and principal component analysis (PCA). Obtained results confirmed that vibration based spectroscopic methods are sensitive to sample composition. FT Raman and VIS spectra confirmed differences in specific pigments (flavonoids and carotenoids) reflecting botanical origin of the raw flower pollens. The combination of spectroscopic methods used in this work helps better classify bee pollens which is important for quality estimation and utilization of this agricultural and beekeeping product.
