  • 摘要:Significant amount of by-product such as biosludge is gained by using of alternative energy sources. Biosludge, decayed sludge, is a product which is arousen by biogas production after continual cofermentation of animal excrements and plant remains. Thus gained biosludge is possible to applicate into soil as alternative fertlilizer which has its characteristic properties, but also its risks. With the application of biosludge is connected also the possible risk of risk elements input into soil. Just the heavy metals content and the toxic elements limit the biosludge applicability as fertilizing substrate. By bioaccumulation the physical changes are often starting, e.g. reduction or oxidation of metals, but also to their metylation, by what the physiological effects are significantly changing. Soils must correspond with criterias, i.e. proper pH, sorption capacity, harmful compounds content in soil and in sludges, etc. On the base of gained results it could be stated, that in observed soils there is enhanced total content of Cd and Ni. Ni and Cd are the most represented in residual form to soil, which is not acceptable for plants. This fraction presents 75 % of total content in soil. Rate of acceptable form of Ni presents 6-11 % and Cd 11- 13 % in soil. Application of biosolid has not significant effect on changes of individual fractions of Ni and Cd in soil.
