  • 摘要:The aim of this work was to analyze the productive traits of pigs in relation to polymorphism of LEPR(HpaII), MC5R(Hsp92I) and H-FABP(HinfI) genes. We used 102 young boars (50) and sows (52) from hybrid combination of Large White and Landrass breeds. Genotyping of pigs was performed by the PCR – RFLP method. We identified three genotypes AA(14), AB(32), BB(56) of the LEPR, HH(56), Hh(28), hh(18) of the H- FABP, but only two genotypes of MC5R (AA=88, AG=14). The effect of LEPR (HpaII) gene was statistically significant for average daily gain (AB=604.29 ± 24.23 g vs. AA=596.30 ± 28.16), and for back fat thickness (AA=10.77 ± 0.43 mm). The effect of H-FABP (HinfI) gene was statistically non-significant for average daily gain (hh=604.62 ± 14.94 vs. HH=597.72 ± 13.41), as well as for back fat thickness and lean meat. The effect of MC5R (Hsp92I) gene was statistically significant for back fat thickness (AA=10.52 ± 0.13 vs. AG=8.84 ± 0.23). Significant effect of sex on average daily gain was proved. We recommend to use these results for comparison with other hybrid combinations.
