  • 摘要:The main objective of the study was to evaluate 38 Slovak cultivars of Triticum aestivum L. using genetic (perfect) markers (Rht-D1, Rht-B1, Rht8, Ppd-D1, Pinb-D1, Vrn-1). Separations of amplified fragments were realized on 2% agarose gels (Rht-D1, Rht-B1, Ppd-D1, Pinb-D1, Vrn-1) and on 5% polyacrylamide gels (Rht8). The results showed that all the genotypes analyzed were wild type - tall for Rht-D1a (chromosome 4D) and wild type for Pinb-D1a on 5D (soft wheats). The presence of the Rht-B1b mutant allele, which causes a reduction in plant height on chromosome 4B was found in ten of the 38 wheat cultivars tested. Eighteen of the Slovak cultivars possessed a Ppd-D1a allele (2D chromosome) characterized as photoperiod sensitive genotypes, resulting in delay in flowering. Of the 36 genotypes tested, wild-type (winter) alleles for Vrn-A1, Vrn-B1 and Vrn-D1 (5A, 5B and 5D, respectively), were detected which classified them as winter wheats. Only the cultivars Krajová Brestovac and Krajová Chmelnica were classified as spring types because of the mutant gene detected on chromosome 5B. Application of these perfect markers allows us to more accurately characterize genotypes from an agronomic perspective.
