  • 摘要:Bacterial cultures of Bacillus sp. viz. Bacillus subtilis 2267, Bacillus subtilis 2268, Bacillus licheniformis L-3 and Bacillus licheniformis L-7/7 used plant groats: fodder wheat and barley, and also malt, oat, amaranthus, buckwheat, soybean, rice, corn and potato seedcase - as carbon source in the nutrient medium. The best producer of amylases was found to be Bacillus subtilis strain 2268, which was cultured in medium consisting of 2.5 % and 5 % amaranthus. It was observed that Bacillus licheniformis strains L3 and 7/79 were bettrer producers of extracellular peptidases, mainly in medium containing amarantus, wheat, buckwheat, oat and soybean. From the commercal point of view for amylases and peptidases production it is not neccesary to apply main food crops such as wheat, barley, corn and rice, but materials such as potato seedcase, buckwheat and amaranthus may serve as suitable alternates in relation to sources of nutrients.
