摘要:Every few years, tourism, and the hospitality industry as its most significant production and services segment, sensitive as they are, face global challenges on the market in terms of demand. Crisis calls for adequate crisis management by mobilising all available resources. People, as the most important resource, must be activated and solutions sought that would not be looked for during times of stability. This, in the end, makes everyone stronger and richer in new knowledge. This is what happened after 11 September 2001, and should also be the case with the current global recession.
