摘要：This paper describes the toponymy of the small place called Lipa on Opatijski kras. The toponymes in the article have been classified regarding their etymology, and the toponymic structure has been analyzed phonologically, etymologically, morphologically, lexically, and by formation in order to determine, as reliably as possible, the age and the origin of the toponymes. These analyses determined that they were mostly of Slavic origin. Special attention has been paid to the specific formation of toponymes and multi-element toponomastic syntagmas composed of adverbs and adjectives.
