摘要：The author examines the issue of the selection of model for municipal enterprises financing. As there are some attitudes to accept financing by establishing municipal banks, the author exposes the trends on financial market, legislation, describes financing of local administration and their enterprises in Europe and states arguments against establishing municipal banks, as an alternative model for financing municipal enterprises.
