摘要：The purpose of this paper is to present and analyze one of the most used models of national culture, whose authors are presumed to be Fons Trompenaars and his associates. The paper's aim is to highlight the impact of national culture on business and the criticisms addressed to the above mentioned model. The research conducted in this paper, which was based on a sample of 100 respondents, had a goal to determine the orientation regarding the above mentioned dimension for the Croatian national culture, that is, to determine its characteristics in accordance with the 7d model. The results showed that the Croatian nationals show a tendency to being universalistic, future-oriented, communitarianistic, diffuse, internally oriented, affective and achievement oriented.
