摘要：The paper represents an analysis of geological, climatic, geomorphologic and morphometric characteristics of the central and southern parts of Pag Island. It identifies 21 categories of relief thoroughly studied and explained by using the methods of remote sensing. The predominant geomorphological processes and forms are indicated within the chosen 243 spatial units. An acquired dataset has been used to implement a generalization which provided the land use evaluation criteria for determining the favourability of certain areas for construction.
