摘要：This paper discusses the changes in the regional development of Lika after the construction of the motorway in 2004. The motorway better integrated Lika into the traffic system of Croatia, infl uenced new intraregional relations, created conditions for greater employment, opening of entrepreneurial zones and quicker development of tourism, small industry and agriculture. The new road has actualized the question of this area’s further development and its position in the Croatia’s regional structure.
