摘要：The choice of the best investment project is a typical problem which requires the use of multicriterial analysis. This paper presents one of the possible ways of such choice from the set of 15 investment projects mostly done for the so called "small enterprises". The final choice i.e. the final rank of the projects is carried out by the combination of the two methods for multicriterial decision making, the analytic hierarchy process and PROMETHEE method.
