摘要:The new forms of work within the network society are the consequence of informatical progress which has the effect in replacement of traditional ways of working by the modern ones. New forms are primarily characterized by transferring the work into the network and its organization within the virtual organizations and teams. Liberation from both temporal and spatial obstacles provides us with a whole set of advantages which appear during making outlines for new form of work. The former has facilitated and accelerated the forming of the team that is both exquisite and flexible. The dimension of trust, as a significant structural and socio-psychological category of a traditional work forms, is also a key to social relations within the network society. We speak of efficacious ‘social glue’, which is, even in newly arisen virtual socio-economic configurations, crucial to their successful functioning and progress.
