摘要:Communication is a key factor in sustainable development inter-sector partnerships. The question is which factors improve the communication and contribute to the partnership. The frame work consisting of four different conceptions is suggested in the paper: co partners’ relationship, communication through cooperation, bilateral symmetrical communication and bridging borders. All of the four conceptions are interconnected and dependent on each other. Some other conceptions are taken into consideration as well. Such a framework is offered as a possibility for future conceptual discussion and empirical research of communication for partnerships.
