摘要:Corporate social responsibility is a well developed concept in Western democracies, but it is not yet equally well understood as a concept or practice in European emerging markets in developing countries. This paper outlines research that has been undertaken on CSR in one global organisation that operates across central and Eastern Europe and the European facing countries of the former Soviet Union. From the discussion and conclusions drawn, advice is provided to organisations that are planning to develop CSR programmes in this area.
