摘要：On 22 November 2007 Prof Vladimir Findak celebrated his 70th birthday. His rich opus includes 55 books and 275 published papers. He is a member of numerous prestigious national and international associations, he has been awarded a great number of acknowledgments, he started a number of anthological works which mark his successful career. He actively participated in more than 10 research projects and was the head scientist in many of them. He participated in more than 100 congresses in this country and abroad. During his 37 years of work in higher education, his scientifi c, professional and human value has been recognized both in Croatia and abroad.
