摘要：The article deals with the legal position of sea coast in Croatia. The authors mention how the status of the sea coast is regulated in the current laws and legislations as maritime domain, and the way it was protected by legislation in the past. Building legislation, registration of buildings, and special conditions of building on the sea coast is also being analyzed. In conclusion the questions of regulation and registration of rights on the buildings built on the maritime domain are discussed.
