摘要:Motivated by the situation at the charter services market, the authors were making effort to emphasize the importance of meeting organized by The Yachtpool. Yachtpool initiative was to introduce a quality standard in charter activity and set aside a reputable charter companies that work professionally and in that way are protecting the reputation of nautical tourism and all the related partners. All reputable charter companies are not Yachtpool partner’s either, but Yachtpool had a vision as part of its Four Stars quality to create a brand and mark of superior quality that customers will access with confidence. The aim of this paper was from practical examples of business systems knowledge obtained from the charter companies and charter market analysis of the foreign yacht charter agencies, to project specific conclusions regarding these activities in Croatia. Conclusions and test results as well as some subjective opinions are dedicated to all stakeholders that may be helpful in understanding some encouraging and warning indicators.
