摘要：This paper elaborates on assignment of public transport concessions in coastal liner service. The main legislation is the Law on Liner Shipping and Occasional Coastal Maritime Traffic, on the basis of which subordinate regulations were adopted regulating the terms and conditions for allocating public transport concessions in coastal liner services. Laws on Amendments and Supplements to the Law on Liner Shipping and Occasional Coastal Maritime Traffic, from 2009 and 2011, and adoption of new subordinate regulations in 2010, have to some extent changed the relations when allocating concessions, therefore, those changes are analysed in detail.
