摘要：The paper deals with a new notion of realibility of paper or electronic sea charts and nautical publications. The basic elements of the realibility are exactness, timeliness and doubtlessness of the informational content. The authors defines a notion of charts and nautical publications life time. As the influence on the realibility international law and national law have been analysed.
